Haars Nursery is seeking a Production Area Supervisor to join our Lyndhurst team.
This hands-on mid-level leadership role will oversee daily production activities, supervise up to 10 casual staff, and help ensure a protected, efficient, high-standard production area.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day activities with a sharp focus on safety, quality, organisation, productivity and continuous improvement.
