We are looking for an experienced and motivatedRestaurant Supervisorto join our team.
This is a hands‐on role responsible for supporting the day‐to‐day operations of the restaurant and ensuring a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and support the team during service
Prepare staffrosters and manage shift allocations
Ensure excellent customer service and smooth daily operations
Handlefunction and event enquiries, bookings and customer requests
Assist with function planning and coordination
Place and managefood, beverage and general stock orders
Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace standards
Train, support and motivate team members
Assist with staff performance and day‐to‐day team management




Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Assist with cash handling and daily administration
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager/Owner to improve operations
Ensure the restaurant is well presented and ready for service at all times
About you
You will have previous experience in a supervisory or senior hospitality role, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to confidently lead a team in a busy restaurant setting.
You will be reliable, hands‐on, customer‐focused and comfortable taking responsibility for the smooth running of a shift.
Hours
Part‐time – approximately30 hours per week
Salary:Competitive, based on experience, plus superannuation.
