This regional opportunity involves undertaking professional case management to uphold high-level care standards for children and young people.
You will provide culturally appropriate services, specifically for Aboriginal people, and develop team projects and activities that foster growth and independence.
These endeavours will maintain the healthy identities of children in care and strengthen DCP's support networks.
Investigate child protection issues and oversee the case management of children and their families
Link clientele with impactful services that are culturally and linguistically inclusive
Provide exemplary assistance to children in care to bolster their emotional wellbeing.
Conduct research that improves access methods and activities for children and young people
Administer safe and healthy working practices that identify risk factors.
