The opportunity
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Content Producer - Photography, Videography, Social to create compelling visual content across the Coronation brands.
Reporting to the Design Lead, this is a highly hands-on role responsible for capturing, producing and editing content that brings our projects, communities, people and brand stories to life.
You'll work across a diverse range of content opportunities, from construction milestones, project launches and community events through to resident stories, executive interviews, partnerships and social-first content.
No two days will be the same.
This role suits a digitally native creative with strong videography and photography skills, a passion for storytelling and a genuine understanding of how content performs across social and digital channels.
You'll be equally comfortable creating polished brand campaigns and agile, fast-turnaround content designed to engage audiences in real time.

What you'll be doing
Creating high-quality video, photography and social content across Coronation




Owning the end-to-end content production process from concept and planning through to editing and delivery
Capturing content across developments, construction sites, operational assets, events, activations and stakeholder engagements
Producing both polished brand campaigns and authentic social-first content tailored to different platforms and audiences
Planning and managing shoots, including equipment, talent direction, logistics and post-production
Editing video and photography content for social media, digital marketing, PR and brand channels
Creating engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
Proactively identifying stories, moments and opportunities that support brand and business objectives.
Working closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns and brand initiatives to life
Capturing resident stories, local partnerships, community initiatives and lifestyle content that showcase our customer experience
Maintaining content libraries, workflows and production assets
Monitoring content trends, emerging formats and platform behaviour to identify opportunities for innovation
Partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver content that aligns with brand strategy and creative direction
Reviewing content performance and applying insights to improve future creative output
About you
You are a creative storyteller with strong technical skills, excellent creative judgement and a passion for creating content that connects with audiences.
You'll bring:
3-5 years' experience in content production, videography, photography or social content creation.
A strong portfolio showcasing video, photography and digital content work
Demonstrated experience producing both short-form and long-form content




Strong capability across Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop and/or similar professional tools
Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
A strong understanding of social-first storytelling, audience engagement and emerging content trends
Excellent videography, photography, lighting and audio production skills
The ability to take a brief and turn it into compelling visual content with minimal supervision
Strong organisation and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Confidence working with a broad range of stakeholders, including executives, residents, partners and external suppliers
Solid communication and collaboration skills
A proactive mindset with the initiative to identify content opportunities independently
A commitment to delivering high-quality creative work with strong attention to detail
Highly regarded
Experience within property, lifestyle, hospitality, retail, placemaking or community-focused brands.
Experience creating content within a fast-paced in-house marketing team
Drone operation skills and relevant certifications
Motion graphics and animation capability
Experience covering events, community activations and live content production
A strong understanding of brand development and visual storytelling
