Macelleria Bondi, Sydneys premier steak restaurant, is seeking a Senior Chef on the Pass and Grill.
You'll be the command centre of the kitchen, calling service, coordinating stations, and holding the tempo, while also stepping onto the Butcher's Steak Grill to cook with precision.
You'll mentor junior chefs, lead with calm decisiveness in a fast service environment, and collaborate closely with the Owner.
