Hi we are looking for an experienced residential pre purchase building and pest inspector on a casual or sub contract basis.
May include:
Full inspection and report completion
Inspection only with defect pictures sent
Inspect and report using a mobile app
The above to be discussed depending on your experience and exisiting set up.
You must be polite, friendly, conscientious, punctual, detail oriented, neat and tidy, quick and accurate.
Will be working in Sydney metro area.
Must have suitable vehicle, inspection tools, insurance preferred....
full requirements to be discussed.
Sub contract remuneration will be excellent for the right person.
