Happysoul Catering Pty Ltd is seeking a Head Chef to join the kitchen team at our regional NSW and Sydney venues.
You'll run all aspects of kitchen operations, lead by example from hands-on cooking, mentor staff, and maintain robust cost and quality controls.
With 1–2 years of chef experience and a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, you will oversee menu development, training, and staff rosters, ensuring superb presentation and consistent service across outlets.
