With continued expansion and ambitious growth plans, the business is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of corporate and support functions.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure high-calibre talent.
This is a hands-on role managing a busy portfolio of vacancies while helping to enhance recruitment practices and candidate experience across the organisation.
Your current role
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions
Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment outcomes
Screen, interview and assess candidates
Manage a high-volume vacancy portfolio with approx.
20 roles across both Legal and Corporate Services
Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and systems
What you'll need to succeed
Previous recruitment experience, ideally within legal, insurance or professional services environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working autonomously
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Passionate about building relationships and delivering excellent service
What you'll get in return
Competitive salary package of $125,000 - $130,000 base, plus super + discretionary bonus
