About The Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Water Cart Operator to join our operations team on one of our major projects in the Bowen Basin.
Key Responsibilities:
Safe operation of water cart for dust suppression and site maintenance
Complete pre-start inspections and report any mechanical faults or safety concerns
Follow strict safety guidelines and ensure all tasks are completed to high safety standards
Collaborate with the team to optimise efficiency and project outcomes
We anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:
Prior experience operating water carts in a civil or mining environment
RII Statement of Attainment for Watercart (essential) including current Standard 11
Current & valid Driver's Licence
Strong understanding and reliability in adhering to site standards; safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to work in a physically demanding and rapid-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.
The successful candidate must hold or be willing to obtain a Coal Board Medical Health Assessment
