The Role
You'll be responsible for helping deliver a consistent,



high-quality lunch and dinner service, including:
Preparing and cooking dishes to Pasta'bah standards
Running your section during service
Fresh pasta and Italian‐style dishes
Mise en place and daily preparation
Maintaining consistency, portion control and presentation
Working closely with the kitchen and front‐of‐house team
Maintaining excellent food safety, cleanliness and organisation
Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a chef in a busy commercial kitchen
Is confident working through both lunch and dinner service
Is organised, reliable and calm under pressure
Takes pride in producing consistently good food
Understands food safety and kitchen procedures
Works well as part of a team
Has a genuine interest in Italian food and quality produce
Experience with Italian cuisine or fresh pasta would be highly regarded, but attitude, consistency and kitchen experience are just as important.
The Roster
Full‐time position
Core service roster:
Wednesday to Saturday – 10am to 8pm
One of the biggest advantages of this role is the lifestyle —no midnight finishes and no standard Saturday or Sunday restaurant grind.
