This role is dedicated to driving growth across WA, fostering relationships with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 clients within the mining, oil and gas, major infrastructure, construction, quarries, and environmental services sectors.

What you'll do:
Develop, grow, and maintain long-term relationships with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 clients in the mining, oil and gas, infrastructure and environmental sectors
Act as the primary contact for clients, liaising with internal teams to ensure solutions are delivered effectively
Drive new business opportunities within existing accounts and identify potential clients in new markets




Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and build strong rapport with key stakeholders
Manage contract renewals, review project cost and evaluate account performance
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and training courses
Keep Salesforce updated with accurate pipeline, forecast and customer records
Travel regularly across WA, with occasional interstate trips for relevant events
What do you need?
Proven B2B sales experience in account management and new business development
A current, valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel across WA
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Confidence working independently across various client sites and managing your own schedule
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Strong relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills
Experience in environmental monitoring, technical products or engineering-related fields is an advantage but not essential
A self-starter with a proactive attitude, commercially minded and results-focused
Willingness to undergo National Police Check as part of the recruitment process
Willingness to participate in pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
Satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks will be required prior to commencement
