Operations Manager - Building Management

As their business continues to grow, they are seeking an experiencedOperations Manager – Building Managementto join their team based in Fortitude Valley head office.
The Role
This role will be the central coordination point for the Building Management team, supporting operational excellence and consistent service delivery across a portfolio of premium residential communities.
Working closely with Body Corporate Liaisons and Maintenance and Compliance Coordinators, you will provide operational guidance, support stakeholder engagement and ensure maintenance, compliance, reporting and asset management activities are delivered effectively.
This is a highly varied role suited to an experienced building manager looking to take the next step in their career.
This role will include -
Coordinating and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Building Management team
Supporting Body Corporate engagement, governance, reporting and stakeholder communications
Providing operational guidance and support to team members




Assisting with maintenance, compliance, contractor management and asset management activities
Monitoring performance and key operational deliverables across the portfolio
Building solid relationships with Body Corporate Committees, contractors, residents and internal stakeholders
Driving continuous improvement through process optimisation and operational best practice
Supporting reporting and ensuring key operational requirements are delivered within required timeframes
Contributing to leadership, coaching and capability development across the team
Assisting with the resolution of complex operational and stakeholder matters
About You
In order to be successful in this role, you will be an experienced property or building management professional who enjoys working across people, processes and operations.
You will also require -
Experience in Body Corporate management, governance and Committee engagement
Strong understanding of residential building operations, maintenance, compliance and asset management
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills
High attention to detail and exceptional organisational abilities
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
A proactive, collaborative and customer-focused approach
