A well-established Brisbane law firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its Litigation, Wills & Estates practice.
This role offers a diverse mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including litigation, estate planning, estate administration, succession disputes, and planning-related matters.
It is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to broaden their expertise while working closely with experienced practitioners in a collaborative environment.
You will be involved in:
Estate disputes and family provision applications
Probate and estate administration
Drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney and succession planning documents
Advising clients on asset protection and estate planning strategies
Planning and related property matters
Managing client relationships and progressing matters with a high degree of autonomy
About You
3+ years' post-admission experience
Experience in litigation and/or wills and estates
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent drafting and file management abilities
A client-focused and commercial approach
Admission as a solicitor in Queensland with a current practising certificate
