Role:Mechanical or Electrical Supervisor – 7/7 Roster
Location:Blackwater, QLD

Pay Rate:Competitive Rate
This permanent role offers:
7/7 roster (Thursday to Wednesday – rotating day/night shifts)
12.5-hour shifts
Field maintenance on draglines
Crew of 6: 1 Supervisor, 2 Fitters, 2 Electricians, 1 Boilermaker
Meals and accommodation provided
Daily camp-to-site travel allowance
RMS vehicle supplied
5 weeks annual leave

What You'll Need:Proven experience withdragline maintenance– essential
Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification
Supervisory or leading hand experience
Current Coal Board Medical
Current Standard 11
Strong leadership skills and a safety-first mindset
