Job Description
We're partnering with a growing medical device company seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Trauma sales qualified to drive commercial growth across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a field based position with responsibility for expanding market share, developing surgeon and hospital relationships, managing distribution partners and identifying new business opportunities across the region.
The Ideal Candidate
3+ years of Orthopaedic Trauma sales experience
Recent experience within trauma products during the last 12 months
Strong knowledge of plates, screws and fixation systems
Proven track record selling into hospitals and working with orthopaedic surgeons
Commercially minded with strong business development skills
Willing to travel extensively across Australia and New Zealand
What You'll Be Doing
Growing sales and market share across the territory
Developing relationships with surgeons, hospitals and key decision makers




Managing and expanding distributor networks
Identifying new business opportunities and market trends
Supporting commercial activities, forecasting and territory planning
