Main Duties:
Lead the day-to-day operations of the residential aged care service
Drive strong clinical governance, quality and compliance outcomes

Essentials
Strong leadership experience within residential aged care or a similar healthcare environment
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualificationORsolid residential aged care/healthcare management experience
ExperiencedCare Managers with strong clinical reporting backgroundsare encouraged to apply
Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and communities
Ability to lead, coach and support a multidisciplinary team
