The Opportunity: Supervisor
You will support the successfuldelivery of Station interior Fit-Out works, coordinating subcontractors, supporting planning and inspections, and ensuring quality and safety compliance on-site.
This is an ideal role for someone with previous station, data centre, hospital or commercial Fit-Out experience, looking to contribute to a complex and high-profile infrastructure program.

What We're Looking For
Fit-Out/finishes/facade deliveryand MEP integration on complex building or infrastructure projects
Manage subcontractorsand construction teams effectively
Solid understanding ofconstruction sequencing and buildability




A collaborative leaderwith excellent communication skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering to program
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day site activities for internalFit-Out, finishes, and façade packages
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, plant and ensure works are delivered on program
Review and interpret drawings, plans, and ITPs, ensuring delivery aligns with design and quality standards
Support quality, safety, and commissioning activities
Identify and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with engineering and construction teams
Monitor progress, support lookahead planning, and contribute to project reporting
Work with the Project Managers and Senior Supervisors to create a collaborative team environment to achieve positive outcomes for the project and our clients.
Maintain progress in line with the construction program.
