What You'll Do
Customer Service ExcellenceProvide a welcoming and professional first impression by greeting drivers, visitors, and customers while communicating important site safety requirements.
Document AccuracyReview and process operational documentation including Connotes, Delivery Sheets, and Proof of Delivery (PODs), ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
Data ManagementAccurately enter, reconcile, and maintain data within company systems while meeting all tracking and measurement requirements.
Safety & ComplianceVerify dangerous goods documentation and ensure processes are followed for private and pre-paid customers.
Team CollaborationWork closely with Debriefing, Fleet Control, Client Services, and Sales/Account Management teams to support seamless day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For
Attention to DetailA keen eye for accuracy with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Safety FocusA strong commitment to Health and Safety practices and maintaining a protected working environment.
Customer ServiceA proactive, customer-focused approach backed by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical SkillsStrong Microsoft Office and data entry skills.
Previous experience or knowledge of the national freight industry will be highly regarded.
Team PlayerThe ability to build positive working relationships and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.
