We are looking for an experiencedLead Educatorto join our team atWhere We Grow Early Learning Research.
Lead our Toddler Room, support your team and create engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence and connection.
This is afull-time, Monday to Fridayposition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily program and learning experiences in the Toddler Room
Build warm, positive relationships with children and families
Plan, document and evaluate learning through the planning cycle
Create engaging, purposeful and inviting learning environments
Support and mentor educators to deliver high-quality practice
Create a secure, nurturing environment where every child feels secure, valued and supported
Skills & Experience
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care




Previous experience as a Lead Educator or Room Leader
Strong understanding of the EYLF and planning cycle
Warm, responsive and respectful approach to children
Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills
