We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative for a 2-3 week temporary role commencing next week.
Working Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm.
About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in re-energising the cargo team.
This position involves making outbound calls to a database and engaging with clients in a straightforward communication style.
You will be responsible for ensuring clear communication and effective note-taking in the CRM system.
Key responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to a database of clients
Engage with clients in a transparent and concise manner
Take detailed notes in the CRM system
Support the cargo team in maintaining client relationships
About you
Proven experience in customer service or call centre environments




Strong capability in CRM systems and database management
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Comfortable in a repetitive calling role
Willingness to contribute positively to team dynamics
Opportunity to make an immediate impact in the cargo team
