Everyday Independence seeks a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults with a disability, aged 9-25, across diverse settings.
You will lead the youth team in planning NDIS-funded packages, conduct assessments, and help participants reach educational, personal, social and vocational goals.
The role offers full-time or part-time arrangements (4 days/week) with robust mentoring, supervision, and clear career paths.
