About the Role
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will join a cross-functional squad alongside engineers, a product owner and a designer, owning features end to end across .
NET and React on AWS.
Benefits

Duties / Key Responsibilities
Design, build and ship features across the full stack
Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions
Review code and lift engineering standards across the team
Work directly with product and design on scope and sequencing
Improve the reliability, performance and running cost of what is already live
Skills and Experience
Experience building and maintaining production software commercially
Robust full stack capability with depth in C#, .
NET and React




Hands-on AWS experience
Sound grasp of system design, data modelling, automated testing and security fundamentals
Financial services or other regulated environment exposure viewed favourably
Experience working in an agile delivery model
Practical use of AI-assisted development tools
Comfortable landing in an existing codebase and contributing early
Able to working in ambiguity
