We're growing and looking for a capable, customer-focused technician to join our team.
You'll work across a varied mix of residential, commercial and industrial sites, carrying out installations, servicing, fault-finding and repairs.
No two days will be exactly the same - and you'll have the opportunity to use your technical skills, solve real problems and deliver work you're proud to put your name to.

What you'll be doing
In this hands-on role, you will:
Install, maintain and repair air conditioning and heat pump systems
Work across residential, commercial and industrial sites
Diagnose HVAC faults using gauges,
thermometers and other diagnostic tools
Read and interpret mechanical, electrical and refrigeration schematics
Complete work safely, neatly and in line with Australian standards
Explain faults, recommended solutions and service costs clearly to customers
Identify out-of-scope work requiring a variation or quotation
Collaborate with other technicians and trades on project installations
Maintain accurate job records, timesheets and photo documentation using field-based software
Organise job-specific materials through preferred suppliers
Support, coach and supervise air conditioning apprentices
Represent the business professionally through your workmanship, communication and site conduct
What you'll bring
We'd like to hear from you if you have:
Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Robust installation, servicing and fault-finding skills
A sound understanding of refrigeration, electrical and safety standards
Clear communication skills and a professional approach with customers
The ability to work independently and contribute to a team
Pride in delivering reliable, high-quality workmanship
Confidence using digital job-management tools, or the willingness to learn
A current Police Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain them
A dual air conditioning and electrical trade qualification will be highly regarded, but it isn't essential.
Third-and fourth-year apprentices are also encouraged to apply.
