You will be close to the local community with Waratah village shopping centre, parks including Blackbutt reserve, Newcastle Harbour and local beaches.
It consists of 109 beds, with a variety of care units.

About the Role
Use your fantastic cleaning skills in a role where you really can make a difference.
Provide our residents with an empathetic and personal approach.
Duties
Maintain legislated safety, quality and hygiene standards
Clean patient rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas
Complete required documentation and reporting
Ad hoc support to the broader team as required, including laundry and catering
Skills and Experience
Cert III Hospitality highly regarded
Aged care experience highly regarded but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
Adaptable availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
