The role coordinates intake, screens needs, and delivers case management and SEWB supports within a strengths-based framework.
You will work in a multi-disciplinary team to support clients, de-escalate crises, and facilitate sustainable assistance, with a commitment to cultural safety and Indigenous health outcomes.
This is a permanent full time position based in Brisbane.
