Role and Responsibilities
You will provide comprehensive specialist urological surgical and clinical services, working collaboratively within an established multidisciplinary team.
The role can be tailored to align with your subspecialty interests, including:
Female and functional urology
Reconstructive male urology
Laparoscopic and open uro-oncology
Additional responsibilities include:
Participation in the on-call roster
Delivery of high-quality inpatient and outpatient care
Contribution to teaching and supervision of junior medical staff
Engagement in clinical research and service development (desirable)
Ongoing patient follow-up within the regional catchment
Candidates are expected to reside within the region to support continuity of care.

You will join a comprehensive Clinical Operations Division delivering acute, surgical, cancer, and mental health services across a large regional catchment.

About You
To be considered, you will demonstrate:
Fellowship or eligibility for fellowship with a recognised specialist college (e.g. FRACS or equivalent)
Registration (or eligibility) with the AHPRA - specialist
Proven experience in urological surgery and clinical care
Commitment to medical education and training
Interest in research and continuous service improvement (desirable)
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
