We're looking for a reliable, hands‐on Pick Packer to join our warehouse team at our new Geebung facility.
The Role
You'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch, while helping keep our warehouse organised and productive as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack orders from stock as per pick slips/orders
Package goods safely and correctly for courier and freight dispatch
Receive, check, and put away incoming stock deliveries
Maintain accurate inventory through stock counts and system updates
Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safety-compliant
Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
Liaise with the sales/office team on order queries and stock issues
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a warehouse, pick/pack, or logistics role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Reliable, punctual, and able to work autonomously
Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
Highly Regarded (Not Essential)
Experience withShopify,Monday.com, and/orZoho
Currentforklift licence (LF)
What We Offer
Stable, full-time hours in a growing local business
$35 to $40 per hour based on experience
