Victorian Aboriginal Child Care Agency (VACCA) seeks a Hub Practitioner to provide culturally secure responses to Aboriginal families and children seeking support through hubs.
You will work alongside Orange Door staff to deliver services and ensure access to the wider service system for Aboriginal women, men and children in the intake process.
Ideal applicants will have a strong commitment to VACCA's vision, knowledge of MARAM and FVISS/CISS, and experience engaging with Aboriginal communities.
