About the Role
As aSign Department Team Member, you'll be involved in all aspects ofsignage production, fabrication, and installation.
You'll work on a variety of projects, ensuring that every sign we create meets our high-quality standards.
This is ahands-on, dynamic rolethat suits someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for working with tools and materials.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemblecommercial and retail signage
Installvinyl graphics, vehicle signage, window & wall graphics
Operatehand and power toolsfor sign fabrication




Assist with the installation of signage on-site
Ensure all signage is produced to the highest quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Work collaboratively within the team to meet project deadlines
Skills & Experience
Acan-do attitudeand a strong work ethic
Ability to workboth independently and as part of a team
Strongattention to detailandproblem-solving skills
Comfortable usinghand and power tools
Experience insign-making, fabrication, welding, or electrical workis advantageous but not essential
Willingness tolearn and develop recent skills
A validdriver's licenseis required
