What You'll Be Doing
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
Conduct clinical assessments and monitor resident wellbeing
Administer medications and oversee clinical interventions
Develop and evaluate person-centred care plans
Support and mentor care staff to promote best practice
Work collaboratively with families and the multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with aged care standards
About You
Registered Nurse (Division 1) with unrestricted AHPRA registration
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse within aged care
Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
A genuine commitment to person-centred care
Unrestricted Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
