Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for a broad range of day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration activities.
Key responsibilities
Managing aged payables and liaising with suppliers
Working closely with a small offshore team responsible for invoice entry
Completing daily bank reconciliations
Supporting payroll processing, including timesheets and staff expenses
Assisting with BAS, IAS, GST, PAYG and superannuation obligations
Reconciling credit cards, general ledger and balance sheet accounts
Preparing aged payables, P&L; summaries and other financial reports
Maintaining clear communication between local and offshore team members
Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc projects and requirements
About you
3+ years' bookkeeping or accounting experience in Australia
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, general ledger and reconciliations




Practical experience with BAS and IAS processes
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time-management skills
The ability to confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Robust communication skills and confidence working with both local and offshore colleagues
Previous experience within the property or construction industry will be highly regarded
