The Coffee Club Morayfield is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our agile team.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality coffee and cold drinks, exceptional service at our café located in Morayfield Shopping Centre, outside of Target.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and serve a range of high-quality coffee and cold drinks to brand standards
Maintain consistency in coffee quality, presentation, and speed of service
Engage with customers to create a welcoming and positive café experience
Keep the coffee station clean, organised, and well stocked
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly
Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
Contribute to a positive and productive team culture
What we're looking for
Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and machine operation
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
Excellent communication and customer service skills




A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Attention to cleanliness and organisation
Hustle and drive
4+ days per week availability, 1 weekend day is a must
