This exciting opportunity will suit candidates who are adaptable and work well within a dynamic setting.
You – Chef: Chef position: You will have at least 4 years' relevant full time experience monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures preparing and cooking food explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
You must have:
High cooking standards with an attention to detail
Good work ethic including the ability to work under pressure
Ability to maintain service standards
Strong ability to work autonomously amongst a fast paced environment
Good knife skills
Good with quick, consistent prep and service




We offer a competitive salary, with remuneration in the range of $65K to $80K p.a. (depending on skills, experience and qualifications) plus superannuation.
