About the opportunity:

We're looking for someone to join our team in Ipswich on acasual basesdelivering truly patient-centred careacross morning, afternoon, and evening shifts as required.
You'llenjoy working with a supportive team while making a real differencein our community.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Delivering high quality, compassionate nursing care to ourresidents
Implementing care plans, monitoring health status,administering medications
Communicating effectively with patients, families, andinterdisciplinary team members
Maintaining clinical documentation and ensuring compliancewith safety, quality, infection control standards
Adapting to different shift periods as required (morning /afternoon / evening), ensuring continuity of care acrosshandovers
Required availability:
Monday to Sunday
Shifts hours: ************; *************; ************.
About you:
You're a warm, compassionateregistered nurse who has a passion for providing quality clinicalcare to the elderly.
You approach every interaction withconfidence,



care and professionalism whether working with yourresidents, collaborating with families or colleagues.
In addition;
Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Ahpra
Current NDIS Worker Screening
Demonstrated clinical skills and recent experience workingwithin Aged Care
About Us – Carinity – Colthup Manor,Ipswich
Carinity - Colthup Manor is a beautifully appointed and welcomingresidential aged care centre, located in the CBD of Ipswich, closeto public transport, shopping centres and the publichospital.
Colthup Manor meets a variety of aging in placeneeds and has retirement living on site.
