Sum Yung Guys on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a talented chef to join our contemporary Asian fusion team.
You will lead food preparation for entrees, mains and desserts, ensure consistency, and uphold our high standards in a busy kitchen.
You will work closely with owners and kitchen staff, training juniors, planning production around menu and volume, and maintaining HACCP compliance.
Availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
