PTC Phone Tech & Comm is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Sales and Device Technician for our Chatswood Store and Sydney Repair Centre.
You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, learn basic mobile device repairs, and delight customers with sales excellence.
Training in IRP certification is provided if needed.
You will diagnose, repair, and service electronic devices while supporting the team and meeting KPI targets, with a focus on excellent customer experiences and flexible weekend
