About The Position:
We're looking for reliable and motivated Full Time Warehouse Assistants to join our tight knit, busy team in Vermont.
In this hands‐on role, you'll be part of a supportive team in a fast‐paced environment, playing an key role in ensuring our customers across Australia receive their orders accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and pack customer orders
Prepare and dispatch orders in line with daily schedules
Work efficiently to meet deadlines and team targets
Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse
Follow Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
About You:
Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
High attention to detail
A willingness to learn and take direction
The ability to work independently once trained
A positive, team-focused attitude
Previous warehouse experience is not essential—full training will be provided.
A forklift licence or experience is an advantage, but not required.
