Pacific Furniture & Bedding is seeking an experiencedStore Managerto lead our furniture retail store in Moree, NSW.
This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to manage all aspects of store operations and drive sales performance.For the right person, we can also offer some flexibiiltiy.As Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst maintaining operational excellence and achieving financial targets.
This role is pivotal to the success of our Moree location and directly impacts the growth and reputation of Pacific Furniture & Bedding in the region.
Key responsibilities
Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising
Leading the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
Managing inventory control, via ordering stock from the central warehouse
Driving sales performance through effective sales strategies, promotions and customer engagement initiatives
Building robust customer relationships and addressing customer concerns to enhance loyalty and reputation
Implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment
Collaborating with head office and other store locations to set up a delivery schedule to effect customer deliveries throughout the region.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within furniture, homewares, or similar consumer products retail setting




Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop staff
Excellent sales acumen and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
Sound financial management skills with the ability to manage budgets and monitor profitability
Outstanding customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail best practices
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Flexibility and resilience to manage the demands of a busy retail environment
