Prairie Mountain Health seeks a Mental Health Resource Nurse (MHRN) to serve on the Seniors Mental Health regional team and in transitional, acute, and long-term care facilities.
You will provide leadership, expert mental health consultation, and recovery-oriented care for clients in crisis, with a focus on psycho-social assessments and staff education.
You will collaborate to develop care plans, conduct PIECES-informed assessments, and support staff in implementing individualized interventions
