Your Library is seeking a highly capable and strategic leader to join our Senior Leadership Team asSenior Manager Finance and Governance.

Your Library Limited is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and a cooperative venture of Knox, Maroondah and Yarra Ranges councils.
We provide library services to more than 435,000 residents across Melbourne's eastern suburbs.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will provide strategic leadership across finance, governance, risk, compliance, procurement and organisational performance.
As a trusted advisor to the Executive and Board, you will play a key role in ensuring strong corporate governance, financial stewardship and organisational accountability while supporting the delivery of the Strategic Plan *********.
This position leads the organisation's finance and governance functions and is responsible for:
Corporate governance, compliance and Board reporting
Financial management, budgeting and statutory reporting
Enterprise risk management and internal controls
Procurement and contract governance
Organisational performance reporting and business improvement
Policy development and regulatory compliance
Leadership, coaching and capability development
About You
You are an experienced and values-driven leader who combines strategic thinking with strong financial and governance expertise.
You will bring:
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Governance, Finance or a related discipline
Professional qualifications such as CPA, IPA, CA ANZ, CMA or Governance Institute certification (desirable)
Demonstrated senior leadership experience in finance, governance, risk and compliance
Strong knowledge of corporate governance, financial management and regulatory obligations
Experience providing strategic advice to Boards, executives and senior stakeholders
Proven ability to lead organisational improvement, change initiatives and business transformation
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience within local government, the public sector or not-for-profit organisations will be highly regarded.
