We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenSales Executiveto join our team, focused on selling off-the-plan residential/commercial developments.
The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification through to contract execution and settlement support — while maintaining accurate pipeline data inSalesforce CRM.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of off-the-plan apartments/townhouses/lots across current and upcoming development projects
Manage inbound and outbound leads, converting enquiries into qualified appointments and sales
Conduct display suite/showroom presentations, and one-on-one client consultations
Guide purchasers through the off-the-plan buying process, including deposit structures, contract terms, and settlement timelines
Build and maintain relationships with buyers' agents, mortgage brokers, and referral partners
Accurately log all leads, interactions, and sales activity inSalesforce, ensuring pipeline data is current and reportable
Use Salesforce dashboards/reports to track individual KPIs,
conversion rates, and forecast sales against project targets
Work closely with legal/settlements teams to ensure smooth contract execution and after-sales service
Stay current on local property market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
Achieve individual and team sales targets across allocated development(s)
Key Requirements
Proven track record in real estate sales, ideally withoff‐plan or new developmentexperience
Current real estate license/certificate of registration (as required by state/territory legislation)
Demonstrated experience usingSalesforce CRM(lead management, opportunity tracking, reporting/dashboards)
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to explain contract terms, deposit bonds, and settlement processes clearly to buyers
Self‐motivated with strong time management and ability to work autonomously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Availability to work weekends/evenings for display suite hours and client appointments as required
Full driver's license (may require travel between sites)
This is a full-time office based role.
