This is a permanent, full-time position employed directly by Kyneton Biscuit Group —not through a cleaning contractor or labour-hire company.
Factory Cleaner – Full Time

The Job
Your primary responsibility will be cleaning our production machinery and factory areas to a very high standard.
You'll be responsible for:
Cleaning production machinery and equipment
Detailed cleaning around, underneath and inside accessible machinery areas
Cleaning production floors and work areas
Removing food residue, crumbs, dust and build-up
Completing scheduled deep cleans
Maintaining excellent hygiene and GMP standards
Following food safety and cleaning procedures
Keeping cleaning equipment and supplies organised
Identifying areas that need attention — without having to be asked
Taking ownership of keeping the factory clean every day
Who We're Looking For
We don't need someone with an impressive résumé.
We need someone who takes pride in cleaning.
Someone who sees a dirty corner and cleans it.
Someone who notices the areas other people walk past.
Someone who enjoys standing back at the end of a shift and seeing that everything is spotless.
You will need to be:
Reliable and punctual
Physically capable and comfortable working around machinery
Extremely thorough
Able to work independently
Comfortable following strict food hygiene and GM!
p procedures
Someone who genuinely takes pride in their work
Previous factory, industrial, commercial cleaning or food manufacturing experience would be highly regarded, butattitude, reliability and attention to detail are what matter most.
