We're looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Tullamarine-based team on a fixed-term contract and support the business through an exciting SAP migration project.

What You'll Be Doing
Processing customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently
Managing customer enquiries and providing timely updates on order status
Coordinating with warehouse, procurement and logistics teams to support seamless order fulfilment
Maintaining customer records, sales documentation and system data within ERP systems
Supporting day-to-day sales operations and administrative activities to ensure high service levels are maintained
Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while helping maintain operational continuity throughout the SAP migration project
What You'll Bring
2-3 years' experience in sales support,



customer service, sales administration or a similar role.
Preferred to have experience in aftermarket parts and consumables.
Strong customer service focus with the ability to build positive relationships and provide exceptional support
Excellent communication skills and a professional, solutions-focused approach
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders, quotations and documentation
Experience using ERP systems (SAP experience highly regarded) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Competitive remunerationSalary package of$75,000-$85,000 + Super (pro rata), commensurate with experience.
