Based in Sydney or Melbourne, this hybrid role reports to the General Manager - Loyalty & Customer Strategy and directly manages four loyalty professionals.
You will drive strategic direction, growth, and commercial performance of loyalty programs with 9+ million members, using data-driven insights to deepen engagement across in-store, online and app journeys.
