Mackay Regional Council is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support the delivery of high-quality food services across major venues, including the Mackay Entertainment and Convention Centre and BB Print Stadium.
Working under the direction of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you will assist with kitchen operations, stock control, and supervising line cooks and apprentices, with flexibility for day, night and weekend shifts on an any 5 out of 7 roster.
