The Opportunity
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of on-site works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standard of finish expected across all Lords projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and coordinating all site-based construction activitiesManaging subcontractors, trades and site personnel
Driving the construction programme and short term look ahead planning
Managing staging, sequencing, logistics and site access
Maintain strong standards across safety, quality and presentation
Identifying and resolving site and construction issues proactively
Managing inspections, defects, commissioning and project close-out
Building strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors and key project stakeholders
To be Successful in the Role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience delivering fit out and refurbishment projects as a Site Manager
Hospitality, hotel, accommodation or high-end finishes experience highly regarded
Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills and communication
Strong programming and construction sequencing capability
A detailed understanding of WHS, quality and compliance requirements
A hands-on solution focused approach to site leadership and management
A commitment to delivering high-quality projects and work
