About you:
Previous experience in customer service an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided
Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with high attention to detail
Professional, friendly and approachable personality
Pro‐active and positive attitude
Ability to multi‐task and work autonomously and as part of a team
Computer literate
Current automotive drivers license




About the role:
As a Receptionist/Junior Administrator, you will play a key role in being the first point of contact for our customers when they are in need of vehicle smash repairs.
Answering and directing incoming phone calls and assisting customers with general enquiries
Booking initial quotes and vehicle repairs
Liaising with Insurance companies
Monitoring and actioning incoming emails
Maintaining robust communication with customers ensuring they remain updated on the status of their repairs
This role will be Monday to Friday 38hours per week.
