Position Overview
We are seeking experiencedEWP Trainer & Assessorsbased inVictoriato join our growing team.
This opportunity is based at ourSunshine West training facilityand involves delivering high-quality training and assessment in the following units of competency:
TLILIC**** – Licence to Operate a Boom-type Elevating Work Platform
Weekend and evening courses are also available for those seeking additional contractor work or flexible side opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training and assessment
Ensure all training and assessment is delivered in accordance with industry standards, safety requirements and RTO compliance obligations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, assessment documentation and related administrative requirements
Support learners to achieve competency through quality facilitation and assessment practices
Maintain current industry knowledge, including equipment, legislation and best practice
Contribute positively to a professional, learner-focused training environment
Requirements
Competency in at least one of the units listed above




Current Accredited Assessor Card
At least 2 years' relevant industry experience,with the ability to demonstrate current industry skills and knowledge
TAE*****, TAE*****or equivalent training and assessment qualification
Solid communication, presentation and facilitation skills
A professional approach and genuine passion for helping others learn
The ability to build rapport with students and deliver training in an engaging and supportive manner
