Distinct Landscapes is looking for anexperienced Horticulture Team Leaderto manage the maintenance of high-end residential gardens across Sydney.
What you'll do
Lead a small team to deliver premium garden maintenance
Prune, fertilise, diagnose plant health issues & manage irrigation
Build solid client relationships and provide expert advice
Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on site
What you'll bring
Cert III in Horticulture (or working towards) or 2+ yrs leading a team
Proven experience maintaining high-end gardens
Great plant knowledge, leadership, and communication skills
Current driver's license (manual preferred)
WHS White Card (required)
