What You'll Be Responsible For
Delivering an exceptional customer experience through consultative selling
Understanding customers' outdoor living needs and recommending tailored furniture solutions




Building lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs
Maintaining outstanding showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
Assisting with stock presentation and day-to-day showroom operations
Working collaboratively within a high-performing sales team
What They're Looking For
Previous retail sales experience, ideally within furniture, homewares, outdoor living, or premium retail
A passion for customer service and consultative selling
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A motivated, results-driven approach with a desire to exceed sales targets
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
Availability to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
Salary & Benefits
$60,000 - $65,000 + super
